For Chris Gorog, a Jimi Hendrix concert in 1969 at the Baltimore Civic Center was a life-changing experience. What he defines as the most powerful thing he has ever seen has helped shape him into a man who views music as a life source equally essential as oxygen.

As a guitar playing songwriter, Chris listens to music that connects with the soul. Today, Chris' career not only reflects his passion for music, but virtually all aspects of the media and entertainment industry.

In 2002, Chris led Roxio's acquisition of Napster and helped re-launch the music service into a legal digital music provider. Under Chris' leadership, Napster is acknowledged as a leading innovator in digital music and has established relationships with all top music labels with a catalog of over 3 million tracks. In 2005, Napster became the pacesetting pioneer of the music subscription model with Napster To Go.

Before the acquisition of Napster, Chris was Chairman and CEO of Roxio, the leader in CD burning and digital media software, where he led the company's successful spin-off from Adaptec. Inc. and took the company public in May of 2001. Gorog's leadership of Roxio resulted in the creation of the Roxio consumer brand, a broadening of the company's role in digital media, and the acquisition of Napster.

Prior to joining Roxio, Chris held the post of President of New Business Development and Executive Vice President of Group Operations for Universal Studios Recreations Group, where he initiated and led the execution of its strategic plan for global expansion.

As President and CEO of ITC Entertainment Group, Chris led a management buy-out of the group's global businesses and ITC became the number one producer of network television movies and mini-series and also produced cult classic indie films: "The Last Seduction" and "Fear of a Black Hat." Prior to ITC, Chris served as Vice President of Business Affairs for Motion Pictures and Television at The Walt Disney Company.

Chris' enthusiasm for music remains deep-rooted and in addition to serving as Chairman of Napster's Board, he serves on the board of NARM, the National Association of Record Merchandisers and is a member of the Internet Retailer Advisory Board. Chris is also a member of the World Presidents Organization, is an alumnus of Young Presidents Organization and is a member of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences. He previously has served as a director of House of Blues, a leading North American concert producer and The Guitar Center (Nasdaq: GTRC).

Chris received his Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Telecommunications and Film from San Diego State University.

In his spare time, he likes to play music with friends and develop playlists of new artists he's discovered on Napster.

From January 2004 until now, President of Napster, Mr. Duea is responsible for all international activities, including acting as a Board member to Napster Japan (a joint venture with Tower Records Japan), overseeing the business development activities of the company on a worldwide basis, including Napster Mobile, and helping define the strategic direction of the Napster service. He reports directly to Napster's CEO and Chairman, Chris Gorog.

From May 2003 to January 2004, Mr. Duea served as Vice President, Worldwide Business Development for Roxio, Inc. (now known as Napster, Inc.), where he was responsible for all business development efforts for the company, including those for Napster.

During this time as VP, Worldwide Business Development at Roxio, Mr. Duea focused on Napster's international expansion effort and the formulation of strategic partnerships, including those with Samsung Electronics, Intel, and Gateway. He was an integral member of the transaction team for the acquisition and integration of pressplay (a music subscription joint venture between Sony Music Entertainment and Universal Music Group) and certain assets from VUNet Tech. Prior to his joint duties with Napster and Roxio, from May 2002 to May 2003, Mr. Duea served Roxio as Vice President Worldwide OEM Sales and from February 2001 to May 2002 as Vice President of Business Development. His success in these positions has earned him a reputation as a leader in the initiation and development of global OEM and strategic partnerships. Mr. Duea was instrumental in securing and managing Roxio's strategic partnerships with, among others, Microsoft, RealNetworks, Intel, EMI, pressplay and Audible.com. Mr. Duea also led the acquisition and integration of MGI Software, which brought the #1 consumer photo and video editing products into Roxio's digital media portfolio.

Prior to joining Roxio, Mr. Duea served as the Vice President, Corporate Development for PeopleSupport, Inc., a leading provider of integrated e-customer relationship management solutions, where he raised over $50 million in venture financing, and closed strategic partnerships with industry leaders, such as Hewlett Packard and Siebel Systems, Inc. Mr. Duea, a member of the State Bar of California, acquired significant merger and acquisition experience while serving as a corporate lawyer with the law firm O'Melveny & Myers LLP. He was instrumental in many deals, including the sale of the Los Angeles Dodgers to Fox, a transaction recognized as the "Deal of the Year" by the Los Angeles Business Journal.

Mr. Duea holds a B.A. in Law and Society, High Honors, from University of California at Santa Barbara, a M.B.A. in Finance and International Business, Beta Gamma Sigma, from the University of Southern California, and a J.D., Magna Cum Laude, from the University of San Diego.

Christopher Allen joined Napster as Chief Operating Officer on August 6, 2007. Mr. Allen is responsible for product strategy, development and marketing and reports to Chris Gorog, Napster's Chairman and CEO.

Mr. Allen most recently served as Vice President, Product Strategy, Design, and Marketing for Blockbuster Online, where he was responsible for driving the product strategy, design and development of the popular Blockbuster website and overseeing the online customer experience. Over the past six months, Blockbuster's Total Access subscriber base more than doubled, and unique visitors to blockbuster.com grew more than 60% according to comScore MediaMetrix.

Prior to Blockbuster, Mr. Allen served as Vice President of Product Strategy and Marketing at Yahoo! Music and was responsible for driving the global product vision and managing the strategic product and service roadmap for Yahoo! Music. A seasoned executive with over 12 years of product and marketing experience, Mr. Allen oversaw the media and premium service lines of business and all aspects of product management and product planning for Yahoo! Music products, services, and emerging platforms.

Mr. Allen joined Yahoo! Music in 2004 with that company's acquisition of Musicmatch. As Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Planning at Musicmatch, he directed the overall product and consumer marketing strategy, including customer acquisition and retention strategies for premium software and subscription services. Mr. Allen managed key consumer marketing initiatives including merchandising, e-commerce, and partner marketing activities as the Musicmatch userbase grew ten-fold in less than five years. He was also chartered with analyzing future product trends to evaluate integration of digital music services into emerging technologies and devices. During his tenure at Musicmatch, the company received seven consecutive PC Magazine Editors' Choice awards for excellence and countless accolades for leadership in digital music products and services.

Prior to joining Musicmatch in early 2000, Mr. Allen was a co-founder and head of product marketing and strategic planning at Kablink, an online photo service company. Previously, he spent more than 10 years in product management at pioneering companies AT&T and NCR working on data warehouse decision support, predictive analysis, and business intelligence/CRM initiatives.

Mr. Allen received a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Notre Dame, an M.S. in electrical engineering and computer science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A. from the University of San Diego.
